Windham Works?

Straight from the Donny Williams Dirty Tricks Handbook:

Rule number one: If your Republican opponent throws your record in your face than tell the voters he or she is being “negative”. Then tell the voter how positive you are

And smile!

Those saps will buy it every time. You don’t need to debate the issues when you can just sweep the public’s problems under the carpet and just pretend they aren't there. More than likely after all problems will go away by themselves.

You will find this rule so effective that you won’t need to read the rest of the book. Just keep using rule number one over and over every time these pesky challengers or uppity constituents are demanding answers out of you.

It never wears out or loses its effectiveness!

Don’t forget to smile. Waving is optional. Laughing is always a plus if you can pull it off without it looking more than a trifle forced.
