What are you afraid of?
The language of federal and state law precludes the understanding of average people. That's why State Senator Witkos says the people need to be educated on the Sunday Liquor sales legislation. He parrots the Package Store lobbiest, and patronizes his constituents. They are all alike, Republicans and Democrats. All the laws must be repealed and rewritten in understandable English!
